Cody Hill from CHill Guide service joined the show again to tell us how the fishing is at Otter Tail Lakes Country. He talks about ice conditions and how it has caused him some injury. He also tells us about a cool bite he’s been on that’s given up a few different species all at the same time and all on the same baits.
Then Joe Henry joins us from the road. He tells us where he’s headed, and then fills us in on how fishing is at Lake of the Woods this week. He also talks about how before too long people will be getting ready for spring open water on the Rainy River.
Then we chat with Paul and Brandi Johnson from River Bend Resort at Lake of the Woods. The two talk about how they got started in the resort industry and how long they’ve been running River Bend. They also talk about how cool it is to be running a family-owned resort and to have their two sons working with them as well.
