If you’re like me and mulling the possibility of a trip to North Dakota for early goose, things will be a little different this year. While the prairie pothole region made trips to North Dakota a waterfowl hunters dream, the posting rules allowed for easy land access, giving you more time to scout and hunt versus tracking down land owners. Some land owners liked that, a few did not.
So, now we have new rules to follow. Ultimately, there will still be some easy land access, you’ll just need to take an extra step to find it.
