If you missed last week’s radio show, you can listen to it here:

Mika and I traveled to South Dakota recently to hunt with Pheasants Forever on public and private land. We headquartered in the Aberdeen area because of the vast amount of public land available there. Casey Weismantel explains all the opportunities in the area in segment 3 below.

We also had the chance to tour and hunt a cattle and crop operation that also manages for wildlife. It’s the Johannsen Family Farm and they take pride in knowing that they’re producing thousands of wild birds and successfully operating their farm. How are they doing it?  Eric Johannsen explains in segments 1 and 2.

And Joe Henry caught us up with Lake of the Woods as the big walleye factory was just starting to build ice.

This show originally aired on 12/10.

Seg 1 – Joe Henry and Eric Johannsen – Lake of the Woods

Seg 2 – Eric Johannsen – Johannsen Family Farms

Seg 3 – Casey Weismantel – HuntFishSD
