Public lands across the United States have a bullseye on them.  9 states in the west in particular are in the crosshairs for ownership transfer from federal to state.  This could open to the door to private ownership, mismanagement and closure of these lands to sportsmen, altering traditions and changing the course of our future outdoor heritage.

www.sportsmensaccess.org has been set up to educate sportsmen on this issue and encourage action. There is a petition to sign, information on the pending possibilities and steps you can take to keep this from happening.
