According to the Minnesota Department of Safety, an accident report involving Donald O’Conner of Maple Lake occurred on September 29th near Maple Lake. The driver of a vehicle hit a bull moose on Highway 55.

A couple questions remain, like why is there a moose on Highway 55 near Maple Lake? Is this the same one that was spotted near St Cloud a few days earlier? How come I never see moose up north anymore, but we’re seeing them this far south?
